High Exemplar Gavus And Aiyana

Q: Does Gavus ignore the +4 defense to Melee attacks gained when Aiyana and Holt go invisible?

A: The answer is yes because the invisibility is the result of a spell and Gavus' weapon ignores spells effects that add to the targets defense or armor.

Q: Can Gravus charge an Invisible Aiyana and Holt?

A: No because his weapon only ignores the defense added due to the invisibility not the other effects of the spell.
